A Private Farm Birthday Experience — Just for Your Group!
When McArthur Farms is not open to the general public, we offer private birthday celebrations by advance reservation.
Enjoy two hours of farm fun with your friends and family while our staff operates the available Farm Fun Acres attractions for your group.
Your Private Farm Bash Includes:

Your reserved party area is available for two hours. After your party, guests are welcome to continue enjoying our available farm attractions during regular public operating hours.
Fall birthday parties are offered on select dates during our seasonal operating hours.
Pumpkins are not included in birthday packages but may be purchased separately.

Birthday Party Information & Policies
How Long Is My Birthday Party?
All Farm Bash birthday packages include a two-hour reservation.
For private birthday parties outside the fall season, the two hours include access to the farm and available attractions.
For fall birthday parties, your reserved party area is available for two hours. Your guests may continue enjoying attractions during regular public operating hours after your party reservation ends.
Can I Decorate My Party Area?
Absolutely!
Party hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes before their scheduled reservation to decorate their assigned party area.
You are welcome to bring balloons, table decorations, and birthday-themed supplies. All decorations must be removed at the end of your reservation.
Please do not use confetti, glitter, or decorations that could harm our animals or farm environment.
Can I Bring a Birthday Cake?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes for your celebration.
Please remember to bring your own cake plates, napkins, serving utensils, and other birthday supplies.
Can I Bring Outside Food?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes.
Our farm offers a variety of food, snacks, and beverages that may be purchased for your celebration.
Please ask about available food packages when making your reservation.
Do Adults Need Admission?
Yes. All guests, including adults and children, count toward the total number of admissions included in your birthday package.
Your birthday package includes admission for up to 23 guests. Additional guests are charged at the applicable birthday party guest rate.
Children must be supervised by their parents or responsible adults throughout the celebration. McArthur Farms employees do not provide childcare or individual child supervision.
What Happens If It Rains?
Farm attractions are weather-dependent, and safety is always our priority.
In the event of severe weather or conditions that prevent farm activities from operating safely, McArthur Farms will work with you to reschedule your celebration based on availability.
What Is Required to Reserve My Party?
A 50% nonrefundable reservation deposit is required to secure your birthday party date.
The remaining balance is due before your celebration. Final guest counts and food orders should be confirmed in advance.
Reservations are subject to availability, and additional guests must be included in the final admission count.
Who Handles Setup and Cleanup?
McArthur Farms provides the reserved party space and staff to operate designated attractions.
Party hosts are responsible for decorations, birthday cake service, supervision of children, and cleanup of their party area.
All personal belongings and decorations must be removed at the end of the reserved party time.
Are Taxes Included?
Published package prices do not include applicable taxes.
